Speech-Language Pathologist

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric ABA clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized therapy plans
• Address communication skills including AAC and pragmatics
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and caregivers to ensure aligned goals
• Maintain professional boundaries and scope of practice
• Educate and train caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Participate in team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards and licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Current KY license
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Pediatric experience
• Preferably autism and AAC experience

Pay

$65,000 - $70,000 annually
