Speech-Language Pathologist

About the role

Speech-Language Pathologists at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based interventions to support communication skills across real-life environments—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders
• Use engaging, evidence-based interventions to support communication skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health clinicians
• Work in various settings such as clinics, daycares, schools, homes, community settings, and telehealth
• Participate in an embedded mentorship program for new team members
• Ongoing staff development and learning opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
• ASHA-certified
• 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Feeding experience a plus

• Experience working with children from birth through 21
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
