Speech Language Pathologist $10K Sign on Bonus

About the role

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the state of assignment.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)* with completed graduate coursework and clinical practicum from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• One (1+) year of experience in speech pathology (preferred).

*If the SLP-CCC certification has not been obtained, the candidate must enter the SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY) role, which includes supervision, hour requirements, and mentoring.

Pay

$48.75 - $56.25/hour, with a $10,000 bonus.

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets and may vary by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
