Speech Language Pathologist $10K Sign-On Bonus
About the Role
Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available in elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, PK–12 programs, specialized programs, autism support programs, life skills classrooms, and inclusive education settings, with in-person and hybrid opportunities.
Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location. Whether you're looking for a role in the Lakes Region, Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast, or another area of the state, we'll help you find the right fit.
Compensation & Perks
- $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay — you are paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled
- $10K Sign-On Bonus
- Clinical Fellowship opportunities — we proudly welcome and support Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) through structured mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional guidance
Why Speech-Language Pathologists Choose Boothby
