Speech Clinical Fellowship
About the role
The McCarton Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We believe in the potential of every child with developmental disabilities and strive to help them reach their full potential. Our McCarton Integrated Model combines speech and language therapy, fine and gross motor therapy, sensory integration therapy, socialization with peers, developmental play skills, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Provide hands-on treatment to children with autism aged 2-3 under the guidance of a Clinical Fellow Supervisor.
- Collaborate: Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
- Document Sessions: Accurately record treatment sessions, progress notes, and evaluations.
- Grow: Enhance your skills in a dynamic setting, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
- Get Licensed: Complete NYS regulation and ASHA requirements of supervised experience
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Passion for working with young children
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Pay
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
Schedule
Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, full-time, 12-month position.
