Speech Clinical Fellowship

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Fellow to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Under supervision, you will identify communication issues, modify therapy approaches as needed, and document patient progress to ensure effective outcomes. The role involves providing essential therapy, supporting patient victories, and contributing to a collaborative, compassionate environment dedicated to community health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges.
• Track and document progress and responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• SLP Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC) expected within two years or as directed by ASHA.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
