About the role

Provide speech and language therapy under supervision, assessing and developing personalized treatment plans for patients. Evaluate issues, modify treatments as needed, and document patient progress. Celebrate patient successes and support their communication recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations
• Create and adjust therapy plans
• Monitor patient responses
• Document outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a current state license in Speech Language Pathology
• Obtain SLP Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC) within two years or as directed
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred
