Speech Clinical Fellowship

About the Role

Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and communication challenges. Modify therapy approaches as needed, document patient progress, and celebrate milestones under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist. Contribute to patient recovery and demonstrate compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients with speech and communication challenges.
• Develop and adjust personalized therapy plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Support and celebrate patient victories.

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• SLP Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC) expected within two years or as directed by ASHA.
• BLS (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
