Speech and Language Pathologist Position POOL

This is a full-time, district-wide pool position for the 2025/26 school year (185 work days annually).

Requirements

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services (SLP) or Clinical/Rehabilitative Services: Language, Speech, and Hearing (LSH) Credential
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent from an accredited university/college
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) and State Board SLP License (preferred for stipend eligibility, but not required)
• Meet the California Basic Skills Requirement (e.g., CBEST)

Pay

• Salary range: $64,084 to $139,342, based on accredited experience
• $10,000 one-time signing bonus for fully credentialed SLPs with a master’s degree
• $10,000 annual stipend for holding all three credentials: Master’s Degree, Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC), and State Board SLP License
• $5,000 annual stipend for holding only the SLP Credential
