Speech Pathologist Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and responses to therapy.
• Supporting patients through their communication recovery and celebrating their successes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
