Your Impact

Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive specialty pharmacy experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
• Cook up timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges
• Maintain and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues
• Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPhT Certification (highly valued)
• 5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

Core Skills

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently
