About the role
As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, you’ll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate refills, delivery, and medication access
- Support insurance navigation and copay assistance programs
- Maintain and improve medication adherence
- Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams
- Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
- Required:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (state licensure required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Preferred:
- CPhT (PTCB certification)
- 5–8 years of experience
- Background in specialty pharmacy, patient support, or medication adherence programs
Core Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly

Specialty Experience (Preferred)
- Supporting patients in transplant
- Supporting patients in Hepatitis C

Compensation & Transparency
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 + bonus
The actual salary will depend on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
