About the role
We are seeking a Specialty Nurse (RN) in the Department of Surgery to provide expert wound and ostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on program initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities
- Provide evidence-based care and education to patients and families
- Deliver specialized wound and ostomy care
- Engage in program development
- Contribute to research and quality initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state
- BLS CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience
- 3-5 years surgical experience preferred
- CWON Certification
