Specialty LPN - Palliative Care, Full Time

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed RN, maintaining accountability for assigned patients and coordinating care with other departments. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license per state requirements.Open to both new and experienced LPNs.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or unit-specific credentials may be required based on the position or department. Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Prolonged standing and walking.Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
