Specialty LPN - Palliative Care, Full Time

Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed professionals, ensuring accountability and coordinating care with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Current LPN licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
• New or experienced LPNs are welcome
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments
• Administers treatments
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver quality care
• Maintains physical requirements such as lifting, standing, and mobility necessary for patient support
