About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Valid LPN licensure
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Experience level can vary from new to experienced LPNs

Certifications

May require additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or unit-specific credentials based on the assigned department.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
