Specialty LPN - Palliative Care, Full Time

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or alongside a licensed healthcare professional. Responsible for maintaining professional accountability, coordinating patient care with other departments, and ensuring quality treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications as required.
• Follow departmental protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
• May require additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or unit-specific credentials.
