We are looking for a Specialized Learning Leader – Curriculum to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment, and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

Responsibilities

The Protiviti Global L&D team provides exceptional development opportunities for our people beginning with everyone's first day on the job continuing throughout their career. As a Specialized Learning Leader, you will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of assigned learning curricula and support broader learning portfolio initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business needs and support learner success.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess learning needs, gather input, align expectations, and recommend learning solutions that support successful learning outcomes.
  • Create and maintain curricula, learning roadmaps, and learning journeys.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors throughout the curriculum development process.
  • Own and manage assigned curriculum initiatives, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and successful execution from planning through launch and evaluation.
  • Ensure learning solutions align with business objectives and learner needs.
  • Contribute to learning design decisions and support the creation of engaging learning experiences.
  • Monitor curriculum effectiveness through learner feedback, business input, and program metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for curriculum enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate learning launches and support implementation activities.
  • Maintain curriculum documentation, governance standards, and quality processes.
  • Support global learning initiatives and help ensure consistency across regions and learning programs.
  • Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and best practices and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience managing learning projects from design through implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot) and AI tools used in the learning development process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of one or more portfolio domains (e.g., innovation, leadership, delivery, technology).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, web conferencing platforms, course authoring tools, and/or other learning technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting business leaders throughout the learning development process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.

6+ years of previous experience in learning and development. Experience in the Consulting/Professional Services industry is preferred.

Pay

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.

The salary range for this job is $92,000.00 - $137,000.00.

The annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. The bonus target opportunity for this job is 10%.

The estimated total cash range for this job is $101,200.00 - $150,700.00.
