Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance in the development, creation, and execution of influencer campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media Sr. Coordinator.
  • Identifies potential influencers for both organic and paid media, and manages these relationships.
  • Monitors industry updates and vets influencers for brand fit for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Constructs briefs and lookbooks to be sent to influencers under the guidance of the Social Media Sr. Coordinator.
  • Collaborates with a PR agency to establish relationships with macro and celebrity-level influencers.
  • Supports the development of the TikTok Shop Collaborator Partner program in conjunction with the Social Media Manager and Social Media Sr. Coordinator.
  • Affords assistance in weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-based influencer reporting.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
  • Demonstrated passion and understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Working knowledge of managing influencers across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Bonus

  • Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Aspire, Bazaarvoice, etc.
  • Experience in working with creative and media agencies with a focus on digital media channels.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and juggle projects effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.
  • Understanding that managing influencer campaigns is not an 8-5 job and occasional work may take place outside of traditional business hours.
  • Experience in budget management, including budget allocations, tracking, and reconciliation to ensure project and overall budget is on target.
  • Identification of opportunities to maximize budget efficiencies to improve ROI.
