About the Opportunity

The Specialist, Treasury & Banking Operations plays a critical role within the Treasury Operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of payment processes and liquidity management. This position is responsible for maintaining reliable fiat payment rails, resolving complex payment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new payment capabilities. The role directly supports the organization's ability to move money safely and efficiently on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury and banking operations, including bank account funding and liquidity forecasting across all legal entities.
• Process daily customer payments across multiple fiat rails, ensuring timely and compliant settlements.
• Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues through root-cause analysis and coordination with banking partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test and launch new payment rail integrations.
• Work with compliance, legal, and finance teams to address regulatory and banking requests.
• Serve as a primary operations contact for banking partners, managing issues related to payment integrations and customer transactions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking involving multiple payment rails.
• Proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing; AAP or NACHA certification preferred.
• 1-2 years experience managing relationships with third-party vendors, banks, or internal partners.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and deliver detailed, accurate work in a high-volume environment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $106,210—$111,800 USD (excluding equity and bonus). Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
