Job Description
Hands-on experience with Kardex Power Pick System (mandatory). Strong knowledge of: Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) Warehouse/logistics automation. Experience in system integration (ERP/WMS).
Understanding of: Ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues. Experience working in R&D / lab environment / pharmaceutical / manufacturing domains. Exposure to Kardex Shuttle, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM). Familiarity with automation tools, PLC basics, or industrial IT systems.
Prior experience in onsite support roles (USA or global clients).
Responsibilities
Manage and support Kardex Power Pick System (PPS) operations in R&D lab environment.
- Perform system configuration, installation, and upgrades for Kardex solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Pick/put workflows, Inventory inaccuracies, System integration failures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration with ERP/WMS systems.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, system architecture, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and implement preventive measures.
- Support data mapping, barcode systems, and automation workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in lab environments.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
