Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2, L3 production support for business-critical applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Dynatrace and Splunk
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Develop and maintain Python and Perl scripts for automation and troubleshooting
- Support and monitor Informatica ETL jobs and data pipelines
- Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows using AutoSys
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Collaborate with development, data, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
