Specialist, Risk and Compliance Services (Personal Consultation)

Job Summary

Support independence, conflicts, and compliance matters in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.

• Maintain case records, supporting documentation, and audit trails within designated workflow and case management tools.
• Analyze submitted information, identify missing or inconsistent data, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve open items.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, status updates, and documentation for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support process improvement efforts by identifying trends, documenting issues, and escalating risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting risk management, compliance, independence, conflicts, or regulatory processes
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration)
• Experience reviewing, documenting, and resolving cases, requests, or exceptions in a workflow, ticketing, or case management environment
• Experience applying policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements in a professional services or corporate environment
• Experience with data quality review, issue tracking, or process documentation
• Experience using workflow, reporting, or case management tools
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare documentation, reports, or status updates
