Specialist, Risk and Compliance Services (Personal Consultation)
Job Summary
Support independent, conflict, and compliance matters in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service-level expectations. Maintain case records, supporting documentation, and audit trails within designated workflow and case management tools. Analyze submitted information, identify missing or inconsistent data, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve open items. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, status updates, and documentation for leadership and business stakeholders. Support process improvement efforts by identifying trends, documenting issues, and escalating risks in a timely manner.

- 3+ years of experience supporting risk management, compliance, independence, conflicts, or regulatory processes
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration)
- Experience reviewing, documenting, and resolving cases, requests, or exceptions in a workflow, ticketing, or case management environment
- Experience applying policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements in a professional services or corporate environment
- Experience with data quality review, issue tracking, or process documentation
- Experience using workflow, reporting, or case management tools
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare documentation, reports, or status updates
