- Facilitate patient flow in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and obtain appropriate demographic and financial information
- Explain department/hospital charges and policies
- Validate and enter charges into appropriate systems
- Collect necessary patient payments
- Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and retain medical coding ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices preferred
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Experience
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Prior scheduling, patient coordination, or medical office experience a plus
