Specialist, Reconciliation II

About the role

This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. This role is for the Specialist, Reconciliation 2 position within the Managed Account Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process transactions in client accounts
• Investigate and resolve all cash and position exceptions across accounts
• Execute daily control tasks
• Identify and resolve complex issues with custodians, banks, and brokers with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years’ experience in a related capacity, preferably in institutional reconciliation
• Experience with fixed-income securities is required
• Experience with foreign securities and currencies is a plus

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality

Skills

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• Required: 3–5 years’ experience in a related capacity, preferably in institutional reconciliation
• Required: Experience with fixed-income securities
• Preferred: Experience with foreign securities and currencies
