Specialist, Reconciliation I
About the role
This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll make an impact by validating and processing transactions in client accounts, investigating and resolving all cash and position exceptions across accounts, executing daily control tasks, and identifying and resolving complex issues with custodians, banks, and brokers with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 0 – 5 years’ experience in a related capacity, preferably in institutional reconciliation
- Experience with fixed-income securities and Excel is preferred
- Experience with foreign securities and currencies is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Experience: 0 – 5 years’ experience in a related capacity, preferably in institutional reconciliation
- Skills: Experience with fixed-income securities and Excel, experience with foreign securities and currencies
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality
