Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure smooth workflow
- Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with insurance partners to facilitate coverage and payment processes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of software tools and platforms
- Provide administrative support to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Current certification in Healthcare Information Management Systems (HMIS)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices
- Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
