About the role

The Specialist, Product Commercialization will provide project management support for key business Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh, and Cost Savings projects related to Finished Goods.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management leadership to support the delivery of all assigned projects.
• Develops project plans with input from all functional partners.
• Manages timely progression of various projects.
• Prepares and maintains clear and accurate communication and project documentation.
• Presents crucial project updates and timelines to Manager.
• Leads weekly Commercialization Meetings with cross-functional team.
• Coordinates packaging preproduction process from Design Frozen to Art Release to printers.

• Provide flawless commercialization support of Mark Anthony initiatives.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Manage multiple relationships both internally and externally.

Skills

• Highly communicative and focused on pre-emptive problem solving with strong written and oral communication skills.

• Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities.

Pay

Competitive annual salary from $74,000 to $88,000 based in Chicago, IL.
