• Operations Manager support
• Customer billing
• Inventory receiving and cycle counts
• Aid with procurement issues
• Supplier invoicing discrepancies and accounts payable support
• Order entry for special delivery and pick up needs
• Manage freight rates and bill of lading
• Special product sourcing
• Manage safety and regulatory compliance
• Customer engagement

Requirements

• Business oriented discipline preferred
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize with guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
