About the role

You will help shape Newmont's leadership capability by coordinating and delivering global leadership development programs that strengthen talent, enhance leadership effectiveness, and support organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate leadership development programs and learning experiences across regions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and program resources.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership learning events as needed.
  • Track participation, outcomes, and leadership development metrics.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Partner with HR, People teams, and business stakeholders on leadership development initiatives.
  • Support inclusion, diversity, and equity objectives through leadership learning programs.
  • Ensure programs align with learning and development standards and governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting leadership development, talent development, learning, or organizational development programs.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
  • Proactively identifies potential issues, anticipates impacts across the business, and takes timely action to mitigate risks before they escalate.
  • Knowledge of leadership development methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze program data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and reporting tools.

Skills

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g. AI/video platforms - Synthesia).
  • Large global organization experience.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $106,200- 141,600. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
