Specialist, Infrastructure Services Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Supports and executes the delivery of IT-related activities and initiatives requiring implementation or integration into our technology environment.
• Understands and contributes to various software product lifecycles, technology processes, standards, and controls.
• Supports the IT Service Management and Technology Resiliency Execution processes, assisting in the creation and maintenance of process documentation.
• Contributes to the design of application and infrastructure activities to develop, implement, and maintain technology processes, standards, and controls.
• Collects data for ad-hoc and scheduled reports, and supports the development of DLC artifacts, user stories, test scripts, and training documentation.
• Helps identify and support the resolution of system-related issues and contributes to various development and infrastructure projects with broad impact across the organization.
• Contributes to data and insights used to update internal/external stakeholders on critical concerns.
• Supports the execution of ITSM processes and policies and drafts reports for ITSM events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 - 3 years of application or infrastructure-related experience; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of available IT systems and tools.
