About the Opportunity
The Specialist Hotel Reservations role is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests primarily through phone and email communication. The position involves processing reservation and payment transactions and offering information and assistance to enhance guests’ vacation experiences. This role supports the organization’s goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and positive guest interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and email
- Process reservation and payment transactions accurately
- Provide information to guests to improve their vacation experience
- Aid guests with questions and service needs promptly
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or reservations preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail
