About the role

A successful Fleet Services Specialist assists with the administration of a vehicle operation program by performing tasks such as upfitting, decaling, auditing, inspecting, and transporting company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel for extended periods of time
• Comply with DOT regulations
• Use Microsoft Office for word processing and spreadsheets
• Operate and maintain computer and office equipment
• Read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data
• Pass a DOT physical
• Complete high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• Complete low-level labor-intensive tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• Document work performed through daily production reports
• Input and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior work-related experience
• Proficiency in using office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment (wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, forklifts, saws, etc.)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be authorized to work in the United States. No specific educational qualifications are required, but prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
