Job Description
We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to drive our testing and optimization initiatives. This role is central to our A/B testing, SEO, and personalization efforts. The specialist will manage the testing calendar, work with analytics to identify opportunities, and translate results into actionable insights. This is an AI-first position where you will leverage artificial intelligence to streamline productivity, enhance workflows, and handle high-value projects outside the core scope.
- Maintain the testing calendar and prioritize projects based on strategic importance.
- Collaborate with analytics to identify friction points and surface testing opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive testing briefs, including test framing, learning objectives, and supporting visuals.
- Translate test results into clear, actionable learnings for the team.
- Conduct competitor research within and outside the hospitality industry to ensure our guest experience remains current.
- Cook up with agency and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Utilize AI daily to streamline and accelerate productivity in research, team communications, and content creation.
- Manage the expansion of the testing program into mobile app and email platforms.
Technical Skills
Experience with Adobe Target, knowledge of SEO best practices, UX principles, and personalization strategies.

Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The role is remote, with some travel to the Phoenix office required.
