About the role
The primary role of the Specialist, Corporate Social Responsibility is to coordinate the philanthropic projects across PDS Health we serve department and its non-profit partners, helping to further the vision of a healthier, happier world and creating a culture of service throughout the organization. The Specialist must have exceptional communication skills, be flexible yet thorough, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support in the execution of cause marketing campaigns and additional projects with major corporate non-profit partnerships.
- Support in the execution and planning of our biggest day of donated dentistry, Smile Generation Serve Day.
- Assist in fielding and responding to calls, emails, and requests regarding employees’ and affiliated clinicians’ suggested involvement opportunities, as well as possible vendor partnerships for “we serve” opportunities.
- Assist in the advancement and improvement of the Benevity Platform.
- Manage the data collection for report generation as well as create reporting dashboards to be distributed internally, providing statistical information for websites and campaigns.
- Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
- Support in the execution of events including shipping materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or as may be necessary.
- Present at internal meetings promoting "we serve" opportunities and a culture of service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience in a service capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public speaking experience.
- Non-profit or marketing experience.
- Flexibility to work nights or weekends as necessary.

- Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
- Ability to work independently and/or remotely as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, professional office environment.

Pay
$59,000.00 - $75,000.00 / Annually
