About the Opportunity: The Specialist, Consulting Operations manages and enhances business intelligence, reporting, and data integration systems that support consulting operations. This role ensures reliable reporting for project health, profitability, and data quality while maintaining system integrations and supporting data stewardship. The position directly contributes to accurate business metrics, invoicing, and operational decision-making. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.• Manage integrations between enterprise resource planning and Professional Services Automation platforms.• Monitor and resolve integration errors to maintain accurate project profitability and operational reporting.• Create and maintain reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and GoodData.• Transition Excel-based data quality reporting into Power BI dashboards.• Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues.• Maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials for system processes and interfaces.• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support business and operational needs.• Automate bulk data upload processes and improve operational efficiency using Power Query.• Support data stewardship and governance practices to maintain the accuracy and integrity of business metrics. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, including proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.• Minimum 3 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables and complex formulas.• Minimum 3 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective data models and reporting solutions.• Strong understanding of ETL processes and enterprise data environments.• Experience applying data integrity, quality, and governance standards.• Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve data, reporting, and integration issues.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience administering or supporting Professional Services Automation platforms.• Ability to work effectively in a data-driven, cross-functional environment.• Must reside within the United States.
