Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of change plans for assigned initiatives
- Build and maintain key change deliverables like impact summaries and readiness trackers
- Track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics
- Draft employee communications and leader messaging
- Create toolkits, FAQs, and quick reference guides
- Support impact and readiness assessments and gather stakeholder feedback
- Apply established tools and contribute to continuous improvement of TMO practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-4 years of experience in change management or communications
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills
Pay
$125,600 – $172,700 annually
