Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of change plans for assigned initiatives
  • Build and maintain key change deliverables like impact summaries and readiness trackers
  • Track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics
  • Draft employee communications and leader messaging
  • Create toolkits, FAQs, and quick reference guides
  • Support impact and readiness assessments and gather stakeholder feedback
  • Apply established tools and contribute to continuous improvement of TMO practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2-4 years of experience in change management or communications
  • Strong writing and content development skills
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay

$125,600 – $172,700 annually
