Change Management Specialist
About the role
The Change Management Specialist supports organizational change initiatives by delivering training and engagement sessions and contributing to organizational development (OD) and change management efforts, particularly in support of ERP implementation. This role assists in conducting organizational assessments, supporting the development of OD and change plans, and contributing to the implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and adoption.
Responsibilities
Facilitation & Change Enablement
Facilitates instructor-led sessions focused on resilience, communication through change, and team alignment workshops during the ERP transition.
Delivers high-quality training using established curricula while adapting delivery based on audience needs, team dynamics, and stage of change.
Reinforces key ERP project change messages and organizational priorities through structured and interactive learning experiences.Team Engagement & Alignment
Engages teams and leads conversations around role clarity, expectations, and alignment as work evolves during organizational change.
Coaches managers and teams in navigating uncertainty, shifting priorities, and new ways of working.
Partners with Change Champions foster an engaging environment that encourages participation, reflection, and dialogue.Program Coordination
Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.
Tracks attendance, participation, and completion of sessions.
Adapts materials and activities based on participant needs and feedback.Insights & Continuous Improvement
Collects and analyzes participant feedback to assess effectiveness of sessions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identifies trends and themes related to team challenges, resistance, and alignment gaps.
Contributes to continuous improvement of training content, facilitation approaches, and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
- 2 + years of experience in facilitating training, workshops, or team workshops
- 2 + years of experience in education, training, HR, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in driving technology systems adoptions

Benefits
This is a limited term position with an initial duration of 2 to 3 years, aligned with the project’s lifecycle expected to end December 2028. While employment beyond this date is contingent upon project needs and funding, there is a strong possibility this will transition to a regular position dependent on post go live project stabilization needs.
Pay
$44,494 - $66,674 (Commensurate with experience)
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Athens, Georgia. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
