What You'll Do

• Process daily payments: Accurately apply a high volume of checks and electronic payments to the correct customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts: Research and resolve any discrepancies or unapplied cash issues.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with colleagues to streamline processes and resolve payment-related questions.
• Maintain data integrity: Ensure all transaction records are meticulously organized and accurate.
• Take on other tasks as needed to support the Credit team.

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional 10-key proficiency and solid computer skills.
• Prominent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• One year of experience in a similar role (e.g., cash application, collections, or credit) is a plus.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
