Position Summary

The Specialist, Alarm Central at Walmart monitors and responds to safety and security alarms, coordinates appropriate responses, and supports associates during safety events.

What you'll do

• Investigate and respond promptly to alarms by dispatching security patrols or notifying emergency services as required.
• Assist associates during safety or security events, ensuring their well-being and support.
• Monitor travel safety and security for assigned associates, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Conduct continuous reviews of multiple systems to detect and address security threats.
• Cook up corporate responses by distributing advisories and communications related to safety incidents.
• Compile detailed daily and incident reports in compliance with company policies.
• Provide backup and on-call security support as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
