About the role

ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking an Operator, Alarm Communications to support government customer programs in Enid, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain station log, record all incoming voice communications, and keep the center clean and orderly.
  • Speak clearly under stress and write legibly.
  • Keep TO's, Regulations, Charts, Maps, and other essential items in current status and assigned locations.
  • Operate Base after-hours communication system as needed.
  • Accept after-hours trouble calls, input into computer, and contact EMCS personnel for troubleshooting or scheduling of craftsmen.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clear articulation and concise communication.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Able to obtain any additional certifications required by the PWS upon hire.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • Able to obtain HAZMAT Awareness certification within 14 days of receiving a CAC.
  • Able to obtain Telecommunications I, Telecommunications II, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • A US or Permanent Citizen due to contract requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain HAZMAT Awareness certification within 14 days of receiving a CAC.
  • Must be able to obtain Telecommunications I, Telecommunications II, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) within 90 days of hire.

Pay

The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Shifts: 1 (1200-1800 Wednesdays, 0600-1800 Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) and 2 (0000-0600 Thursdays, 1800-0600 Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays)
