Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide information regarding scheduled trial dates and attorneys handling cases.
- Affiliate attorneys with organizing and maintaining trial files; gathering evidence/records and transcribe statements, videos, or jail calls.
- Prepare subpoena requests for various documents to include bank records, medical records, phone records, and other business records.
- Perform clerical work including but not limited to filing court pleadings, archiving closed case files, accepting, receiving and drafting correspondence, motions and indictments.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Process incoming mail and deliver outgoing mail.
- Additional duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Be able to meet deadlines.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Pay
$45,503 starting salary plus benefits.
