Responsibilities Lead and coordinate customer quoting process for the Livermore site Combining all RFQ’s from the commercial teams and analyzing them to assigning tasks to the RFQ team Recommend and i mplement processes to increase the speed and accuracy of quoting Complete or distribute quotes Quote product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms. Offer substitute products where appropriate . Generate product and price quotes as required . Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information. Gain familiarity of the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods. Analyze win loss rates to identify margin changes to increase sales. Ensur e competitive sourcing strategies are being used to improve qual ity, cost and customer service. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience 3-5 years of related work experience in the industry Track record of focus and improvement on profitability Ability to prioritize and organize job tasks Strong understanding and working knowledge of Excel
