The Special Projects Lead role is designed to drive critical cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. This position acts as a key partner to executive leadership by structuring complex, ambiguous problems, facilitating collaboration across organizational boundaries, and advancing initiatives that directly impact growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into clear, manageable programs with defined owners and timelines
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to accelerate project execution
• Manage initiatives from start to finish with a high level of rigor and attention to detail
• Influence and align stakeholders across various functions without formal authority
• Develop actionable plans in situations lacking existing frameworks or clarity
• Coordinate efforts involving internal teams and external partners, including vendors and regulators

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in top-tier consulting, tech company BizOps, or internal strategy/Chief of Staff roles
• Strong structured thinking, precise writing, and ability to communicate synthesized insights
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-organization initiatives to completion
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity and alignment
• Leadership through trust, quality, and effective communication rather than positional authority
