Special Projects Lead

About the role

Special Projects Lead at Jack Jack, an AI‑native recruiting company. Your first project is running recruiting operations and screening at volume. On a heavy day you will run 15 to 20 back‑to‑back 30‑minute intro calls, prep candidates, write submissions, and push people into client pipelines across multiple Jack accounts. You will leverage Claude Cowork to automate repetitive prep, writing, verification and submission so that human effort focuses on conversations and judgment calls. The role expects you to turn any manual task done three times into a workflow; it is not a coordinator role and you will not be given a checklist.

Responsibilities

• Run 15‑20 back‑to‑back 30‑minute introductory calls on busy days.
• Prepare candidates for calls.
• Write submissions and push candidates into client pipelines across multiple Jack accounts.
