Special Projects Coordinator

About the role

The Special Project Coordinator supports various projects within the organization, focusing on areas such as financial analysis and operational assistance. This role collaborates closely with project leaders to monitor, coordinate, and facilitate project activities.

Responsibilities

• Supports financial analysis and operational assistance across various departments.
• Maintains and coordinates project activities with project leaders.
• Works on system-wide software application projects, clinical-based systems, and other infrastructure projects spanning multiple organizational levels.
• Requires technical skills, organization, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications, meeting management skills, and discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Exhibits strong customer service skills with a diverse range of internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• Prior experience in leading small-scale projects preferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Qualifications

BA Degree in Finance or related field. Prior experience in leading small scale projects and in a clinical setting is preferred.

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Pay range is $63,232.00 - $91,000.00 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications.
