Job Summary

About the role

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist for a contract position in In-Office, Glendale, AZ, United States. The role includes 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, Day shift, starting on June 1st, with weekday shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekend call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, holidays included.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all tasks.
  • Operate and oversee general procedures with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize routine workflows to achieve measurable performance targets.
  • Demonstrate accountability for individual outcomes within a high-visibility environment.
  • Document procedures, outcomes, and deviations for traceability and improvement.
  • Identify and report process inefficiencies; participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize pipelines and data views to forecast potential outcomes and identify opportunities.
  • Provide timely status updates and communicate blockers to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procedures with business goals.
  • Proactively pursue professional development and upskilling aligned with role evolution.
  • Maintain equipment and tools; perform routine maintenance and calibration as needed.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members within the function.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procedures with business goals.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment; perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Proactively pursue professional development aligned with role evolution.
  • Track and report performance metrics to support growth-oriented culture.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
  • Uphold on-site work discipline and operate within an on-site employment setting.

Qualifications

  • ARRT, MRTBE (AZ State license), BLS.
  • Vascular Interventional is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Philips equipment is preferred.
