About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in implementing innovative educational strategies that enhance student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with district goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver professional development workshops.
- Evaluate teaching methods and provide feedback to improve instructional effectiveness.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with state standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational research and trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of technology integration in education.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
