Clerical Support
- Aid in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with parents and school personnel.
- Assist with various office duties such as typing, filing, copying materials, and answering the telephone.
- Utilize necessary computer skills as directed by the Campus IEP Specialist/Campus Diagnostician (word processing, database, and Special Education Management software).
- Maintain and prepare confidential records.
- Provide assistance and interact with teachers, students, principals, district personnel, parents, and community volunteers.
- Ensure reliable transportation between campuses during working hours.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
- Mental Demands:
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Work with frequent interruptions.
- Regular in-person interaction with the public.
- Physical Demands:
- Repetitive hand motions.
- Prolonged use of the computer.
- Frequent sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Moving small stacks of student files, boxes, equipment, and other campus equipment.
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to use personal computer and software.
- Ability to operate various office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to lift and transport records/materials to designated areas.
